- Contact and quote requests: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, the service you need, budget range (optional), project details and any file you choose to attach.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, the position, experience, portfolio or LinkedIn link, your resume/CV and any message you add.
- Emails and calls: anything you send us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location (from IP address) and how you interact with pages, via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity may record anonymised session interactions such as clicks and scrolling.
- Security: when bot protection is enabled on our forms, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals (such as IP address and browser characteristics) to tell humans from bots.
- Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in messages or attachments.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website works without analytics cookies. If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which set their own cookies. If you click Decline, they are not loaded. We store your choice in your browser's local storage (key "qx-consent") so we don't ask again. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
The embedded Google Map on our Contact page and Cloudflare Turnstile (when enabled) are provided by Google and Cloudflare, who may process technical data under their own privacy policies.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:
- Website hosting provider (to serve the site and process form submissions).
- Our email provider (form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox).

6. International transfers
We are based in India and work with clients worldwide. Our service providers may process data in other countries. Where data is transferred, we rely on the providers' contractual safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
7. How long we keep data
- Enquiries and project communications: for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you join us.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (typically 14 months or less).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your personal data, correct or update it, ask us to delete it, withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing), object to or restrict certain processing, receive your data in a portable format, and nominate someone to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity (India). You can also complain to your local data-protection authority or, in India, to the Data Protection Board of India.
