The challenge
- Customers and service providers needed different experiences within one product.
- Job requests had to capture enough detail (photos, timing, description) for providers to quote accurately.
- Orders and notifications needed to update in near real time for both sides.

- One React Native app with separate customer and service-provider journeys.
- Guided job requests: choose a service, describe the issue, attach photos and pick on-demand or scheduled timing.
- Order tracking, posted-job management and notifications backed by a Node.js and MongoDB API.
- A clean, friendly UI that makes booking a repair feel simple.

- 100+ downloads on Google Play, with the latest update in October 2026.
- Customers book home repairs in a few taps, with photos to explain the problem.
