PerfectStay · Travel & Hospitality · 2022PerfectStay: A Holiday Rental and Concierge App Guests Love
A holiday rental and concierge app where guests discover activities and restaurants on a map, book exclusive rentals and use an in-stay TV concierge.
The challenge
- Guests needed one app for discovering local experiences and booking stays, instead of several websites.
- Image-heavy listings had to load quickly and scroll smoothly.
- The experience had to extend into the stay itself, not end at booking.
Our solution
- A React Native app with map-based discovery of activities and restaurants.
- Rich property listings with galleries, details and booking management.
- An in-stay TV concierge with property news and recommendations.
- Image optimisation and list virtualisation for smooth browsing.
The outcome
- Live on the App Store since December 2022 and continuously updated for almost four years, with the latest update in October 2026.
- Guests discover, book and get concierge support in a single app.
- A stable production release on Firebase and REST APIs.
